Shipping policy

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not have control over customs and are therefore unable to be responsible for any delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is provided.

APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES (does not include weekends/public holidays):
a) USA ~ 7 to 16 business days (tracking system available)
b) Rest of the world ~ 7 to 21 business days (tracking system availability may vary)

Delayed delivery: In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en route, and we appreciate your understanding and patience should this happen. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there are no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days. This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the end of the year (November to December), during promotions, or other instances.

PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME: Please note that processing time (4-6 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics, and sent to the post office). After your order has been processed, our shipping company will then pick up your package. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website. 

Processing Time: In very rare instances, processing may take longer than the stated expected timeframe. During busy times like holidays, promotions, or other instances, processing time may take longer. We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding and patience during such events.

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control, such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
Each order will be sent with insured shipping and handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, in such cases, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?
All prices on our webpage are displayed in USD, with all taxes completely covered on our end. However, depending on your location and the laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws.

Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details regarding charges, please contact your local customs office.

Extended Delays  
In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that is within our control.
